Public commuters struggle with the outdated shuttle bus service app, which suffers from an inefficient user interface, excessive steps in the flow, and a lack of intuitive features for checking shuttle timings and routes. These issues lead to user frustration, reduced usability, and hinder widespread adoption of the service.
